Customers have 30 days from purchase date to return unworn items in original packaging for full refund or exchange. We do not pay for return shipping.
If you find yourself not 100% happy - wrong size, wrong color, or something about your order hasn’t worked out the way you thought - don't sweat it! Shoot us an email at hello@couriercc.com, and we'll make it right.
To ensure a smooth process, let us know your order name, email address/phone number, and what's bugging you and how we can fix it. And hey, if you snagged your goodies from somewhere else besides couriercc.com, no worries! Just drop us a line with the store name and any tidbits you've got (like that elusive receipt, if you've got it).
Product Care
The better you care for your socks, the more epic adventures they will take you on.
A few tips:
- Turn your socks inside out.
- Wash cold.
- Line dry (if possible, we get it).
Keep in mind - our LoFi socks will fuzz up a bit when you start washing them, this is a trade-off for being so soft (we're hearing a lot of "the most comfortable socks I've ever worn" from our customers). This is not a quality issue and they will last you many many more epic adventures.
